Refund Policy
At Unique Creativity, we strive to provide high-quality custom products. As all orders are personalized, please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may wish to cancel an order. However, due to the personalized nature of our products, cancellations are subject to the following terms:
a) Advance Payment Requirement
Once an order is confirmed, a non-refundable advance payment of 50 to 100% of the total order value is required to initiate the customization process depending on the order.
The advance payment covers the cost of materials, design work, and production setup, which are initiated immediately after order confirmation.
b) Full Payment Orders
If the full payment is made upfront, it will be considered non-refundable in the event of cancellation due to the custom nature of the products.
We cannot offer refunds once the production process has begun, as the product is being created specifically according to your design requirements.
2. Refunds & Replacements
As all our products are custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or provide refunds. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Refunds or replacements will be considered only under the following conditions:
a) Defective or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is defective or does not match the confirmed order specifications, you may request a replacement or refund.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence (e.g., clear photos or videos) showing the defect or error.
b) Damaged Product During Shipping
If your product is damaged during transportation, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide supporting evidence (photos or videos) showing the damage.
Upon verifying the claim, we will offer a replacement for the damaged product at no additional cost.
In the event that an identical replacement is not possible, we may provide a refund at our discretion.
c) Return Requirement for Refund
To claim a full refund, the entire order must be returned to the company in its original quantity as per the invoice of the actual order.
The product(s) must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when received.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The return package should be sent using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure proper delivery.
The refund process will only begin once the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
d) Extreme Cases
In rare and extreme cases where a suitable resolution (replacement or correction) is not feasible, we may consider offering a refund.
The decision to issue a refund will be made solely at the discretion of Unique Creativity and will be based on the nature of the issue and supporting evidence.
3. Shipping & Delivery Issues
While we strive to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders, certain factors may be beyond our control. Therefore, the following terms apply:
a) Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and may be subject to change based on the courier’s service capacity.
b) Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the courier service.
However, we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for lost packages, as the resolution will depend on the outcome of the courier’s investigation.
c) Incorrect Address Provided
We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.
4. Return Window and Claims Process
Complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos showing the error.
If the error is confirmed, the customer must return the entire order in its original quantity at their own shipping cost.
A redo order will be processed within 7–10 business days with the original design and specifications.
If a refund is preferred, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. Once refunded, no remake will be provided.
5. Refund Process
If a refund is approved under the terms stated above, the following conditions apply:
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
In cases where payment was made via a third-party service (e.g., payment gateway), any applicable service fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
If a replacement is issued instead of a refund, the replacement product will be shipped at no additional cost to the customer.
