1. Orders & Customization
All products are made to order based on the specific design, text, and other details provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the design, spelling, size, color, and other customization details are accurate before confirming the order.
Once an order is placed, modifications may not be possible. However, customers may contact us immediately after placing the order, and we will try our best to accommodate the request if production has not started.
Any additional costs due to modifications after order confirmation will be borne by the customer.
Unique Creativity reserves the right to refuse any order that includes content or designs that are offensive, inappropriate, or in violation of intellectual property laws.
2. Pricing & Payment
All product prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
An advance payment of 50% to 100% of the total order value is required at the time of order confirmation, depending on the order. This amount is non-refundable since all products are customized.
If the customer chooses to make full payment upfront, the amount will also be non-refundable in case of cancellation.
All payments must be made via the payment methods specified by the Unique Creativity.
3. Production & Delivery
Production timelines vary based on order size and complexity. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.
Shipping fees and delivery times depend on the destination and selected shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Courier or shipping service disruptions
Natural disasters or extreme weather conditions
Political events or strikes
Customs or import regulations
If any product is damaged during shipping, customers must provide valid proof (such as clear photos) within 48 hours of receiving the product.
If the damage claim is verified, a replacement may be issued or, in rare cases, a refund will be considered at the sole discretion of Unique Creativity.
We strive to deliver high-quality products; however, minor variations in color, size, or texture due to production processes will not be considered defects.
4. Returns & Refunds
As all products are customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and details of the issue.
Refunds or replacements will only be processed after reviewing the claim and confirming the defect or error.
We will not accept returns or refunds due to customer errors, including incorrect size, color, design, or spelling.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Intellectual Property
Customers confirm that they have the legal right to use any logos, images, or text submitted for customization, and Unique Creativity is not responsible for any logos, images, or designs provided by the customer.
We reserve the right to refuse any design that violates copyright laws, is offensive, or inappropriate.
All product designs created by Unique Creativity remain the property of Unique Creativity and may be used for promotional purposes unless the customer explicitly requests otherwise.
6. Safety & Quality Assurance
Our products are manufactured using high-quality materials to ensure durability and long-term use.
We follow strict quality control processes to maintain consistency and product integrity.
Customers are advised to handle products with care, especially delicate or fragile items.
We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling, exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or misuse.
Some products may contain small parts or sharp edges and are not suitable for children under 5 years of age. Adult supervision is strongly recommended, and products should be kept out of reach of young children. Unique Creativity is not liable for any injuries or incidents resulting from improper use of these products by children.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Our maximum liability for any claim will not exceed the value of the product in question.
