A 58mm badge that does not put a hole in the shirt
Same 58mm printed face as our standard badge, with a single round shirt magnet in place of the pin. A second magnet goes behind the fabric, and the two clamp the shirt between them. Nothing pierces the cloth.

One piece or three?
We make this in a one-piece and a three-piece version, and the choice is about fabric weight and how much movement the badge sees.
The one-piece is a single round magnet. It is neat, it sits flat, and it holds well on light to medium shirting — cotton, poplin, a thin kurta. It is the right choice for a desk, a counter, or a badge that stays put through the day.
The three-piece uses a rectangular bar of three magnets, spreading the grip over a wider area. Choose it for heavier fabric, for a blazer or a thick uniform, or for anyone moving about all day — waiting staff, event crew, anyone on their feet. It resists the badge slowly rotating face-down, which is the usual complaint with a single round magnet on a moving person.
Handling
Two things to tell whoever wears it. Keep the backing magnet paired with its badge when it comes off, because a loose backing magnet in a drawer is a lost backing magnet. And keep the badge away from credit cards, hotel key cards and old-style ID cards with a magnetic stripe — these are real magnets and they will wipe a stripe on contact.
Anyone with a pacemaker or implanted cardiac device should not wear a magnetic badge; pin the standard version instead.
