The three-piece shirt magnet badge
Our strongest pin-free fastening. A 58mm printed badge backed by a rectangular bar of three magnets, with a matching bar that goes behind the fabric. The wider footprint is what makes the difference: three magnets spread across a bar resist rotation, so the badge stays upright on someone who is moving all day.

When the three-piece is worth the extra
It costs a little more than the one-piece, and it is not always necessary. It earns its price in three situations.
Heavy or structured fabric. A blazer lapel, a thick uniform, a jacket. A single round magnet has to pull through more cloth than it comfortably can, and the badge sags forward.
People who move. Waiting staff, event crew, ushers, shop-floor staff. A single round magnet gives the badge one pivot point and it slowly turns face-down over a shift. Three magnets on a bar give it two points and it stays level.
Badges that must not fall. A conference where a delegate badge on the floor means a stranger picks up someone's name. The three-piece holds through a handshake and a hug.
For a badge that sits at a desk or a counter on a cotton shirt, the one-piece is enough and cheaper.
Who orders them
Hotels and restaurants, hospitals and clinics, banks and showrooms, conference organisers, and any company whose staff wear their own clothes to work. Anywhere a pin hole in a personal garment would be a real complaint.
Handling
Keep the backing bar with its badge when it comes off. Keep both away from credit cards, hotel key cards and magnetic-stripe IDs — these will erase a stripe on contact. Anyone with a pacemaker or implanted cardiac device should wear the pin version instead.

Send at 300 DPI or higher in JPG, PNG, PDF or AI, built to a 68mm circle with the outer 5mm as bleed; full-colour CMYK. For a staff run, send a list of names and designations with one layout rather than individual files.
