What is in a bottle opener magnet set
Five parts: a front metal with the opener lug formed into it, a back metal, a clear mylar protective film, a magnet, and an adhesive sticker that seats it.

A functional product on a badge press
This is the highest-value thing you can press on a machine you already own. Same 58mm die, same 68mm circle, same assembly as a plain badge — but the finished item is a working tool rather than a decoration, and it prices accordingly.
For a printer or a home badge business, adding this component is the cheapest possible range extension: no new machine, no new die, no new skill.
Who buys the finished product
Bars, pubs, breweries, restaurants and cafés. Beverage distributors. Corporate teams wanting a conference giveaway that gets kept. Groomsmen and bachelor-party gifts. Band and festival merchandise, where an opener sells at a stall in a way a badge does not.
The pitch that works is simple: it goes on the fridge door, face out, in the room where drinks are opened, and it stays there for years.
Assembly notes
Both shells are metal here — there is no plastic back plate — so the finished piece is heavier and more rigid than a badge. Seat the magnet on its adhesive sticker firmly and squarely before crimping; a magnet at an angle makes the finished opener rock on a flat door, which is immediately noticeable on a product this heavy.
Tell customers about the lug
The opener lug sits at one edge, so artwork built around a border or a circular frame will look off-balance. A single strong central image works far better. Worth mentioning when you take the brief, not after you have pressed three hundred.
