The 63.5mm square fridge magnet

Our largest square magnet, built on a metal front with a flexible magnetic sheet backing rather than the pressed-shell construction of the 58mm round. That changes the character of it: the face is flat rather than domed, so artwork sits true with no curve at the edges, and a square holds a rectangular photograph without cropping it into a circle.

Why the full-area magnet matters

A pressed badge magnet has a small disc magnet in the centre. This one has a magnetic sheet covering the whole back, which grips over a much larger area. Practically, it means it stays put on a fridge door that gets opened hard, and it does not creep downward over weeks the way a small centre magnet on a large face can.

Like every magnet, it will not hold on a stainless steel fridge door — a stainless outer skin is non-magnetic. That is worth knowing before ordering several hundred for guests whose kitchens you have not seen.

Who orders them

Save-the-dates and wedding invitations, where the square format suits a photograph and a date. Tourism and city souvenirs. Restaurant and café branding. School and college memorabilia. Corporate desk and fridge giveaways where the extra area is needed for a logo plus contact details.

It is the size to choose when the magnet has a job beyond decoration — a phone number that must be readable from across a kitchen, or a calendar strip along the bottom.

Designing for a flat square face

No curve means no wrap, so you get the full printed area — but keep a few millimetres of bleed and keep critical detail clear of the very edge, since trimming has a small tolerance.

Photographs work better here than on the 58mm round: crop to a square before you send, and check the faces are large enough. A phone number or date should be set considerably larger than looks right on screen.

300 DPI or higher, JPG, PNG, PDF or AI. Full-colour CMYK — neons and metallics cannot be matched.

Bulk pricing and delivery

The first tier starts at a low minimum, so small runs are practical, and rates fall at each step. Designs can be mixed inside one order at the combined rate. Standard delivery 5–7 business days from approval; 2–3 day express to select pin codes.
