Badge making machines and starter kits

A manual badge press, the matching circle cutter, and a starter pack of raw materials — enough to press your first badge the day the box arrives.

How the machine works

The press curls a steel shell over a back plate in one stroke, trapping your printed circle and a clear mylar film between them. There is no heat and no electricity involved: it is a lever and a pair of dies. The circle cutter punches your printed sheet to the exact diameter the die expects, which matters more than it sounds — a hand-cut circle a millimetre out will jam the press or crimp unevenly.

One machine, one size

Dies are size-specific. A 58mm press presses 58mm components and nothing else; the same is true of 44mm and of each square and rectangular format. Decide the size you will sell most of before you buy, because a second size means a second machine or a die change, not just different materials.

Who buys them

Printers and stationery shops adding badges to an existing counter, event and wedding suppliers who want to press on site, schools and colleges running craft and enterprise programmes, and people starting a badge business from home — which is a genuinely low-capital start, since after the machine the only running cost is raw materials and printing.

Support and supply

We stock raw materials for every size we sell a machine in, so restocking is one order rather than a search. Message us on WhatsApp if you are unsure which size to start with — we would rather talk it through than have you buy the wrong die.
