Custom button badges, pressed to order in Chennai
A button badge is four parts pressed into one: a stamped steel shell, your artwork printed in full colour, a clear mylar film sealing the face, and a back plate carrying a rust-free steel pin. We press every order in our Villivakkam workshop and ship across India.
We stock 44mm and 58mm round badges, 50×50mm squares, and 68×24mm rectangular name badges. Beyond the standard pin back, the same badge face is available as a hook badge, a shirt magnet in one-piece and three-piece sets, and a pin-with-magnet combination for people who cannot put a pin through their uniform.
Choosing a size
44mm is the badge to wear: staff and volunteer identification, school house badges, conference lapel pins. It sits flat and weighs little. 58mm is the badge to look at: merchandise, campaign pins, fandom sets, anything carrying a photograph or both an image and a line of text. Rectangular name badges are the right call when the job is a name and a designation and nothing else.
Who orders them
College symposiums and cultural fests order in the hundreds, usually one design per committee. Schools take them for house days, sports meets and reading clubs. Companies use them for induction days and product launches. Outside events they go out as awareness and cause pins, temple and church festival badges, union and campaign badges, wedding party identification, and merchandise for independent artists and bands.
Artwork and pricing
Send JPG, PNG, PDF or AI at 300 DPI or higher — by WhatsApp or email. No design? Our in-house team can build one. Printing is full-colour CMYK, so very saturated screen colours may shift slightly and neons and metallics cannot be matched; send CMYK values if a brand colour has to be exact.
Per-piece rates step down at each quantity tier, and multiple designs can share one order at the combined-quantity rate. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days from artwork approval, with 2–3 day express available for select pin codes.
